Tribune News ServiceLudhiana May 16The Khanna city police nabbed three persons and recovered 500 bottles of a banned syrup from their possession.
The accused have been identified as Rajdeep Singh Shiv alias Monu and Gurpreet Singh all residents of Ludhiana.
The police said acting on a tip-off a naka was laid near the Pristine mall where a Swift car which was coming from the Mandi Gobindgarh side was stopped on suspicion for checking which led to the recovery of the banned syrup.
The police said the accused were on the way to deliver the consignment of the banned syrup to their clients.
