Sixty-two more people died from coronavirus in Punjab, while there were over 2,900 new cases, the Health Department said on Tuesday.

One person died, 10 others got injured after a lintel of a factory collapsed in Giaspura Daba, Ludhiana on April 5. The injured have been shifted to a hospital for treatment. NDRF, SDRF, police and district administration are present at the spot and are carrying out rescue and relief operations. “35 people were working here for 5 days.
