      Tribune News ServiceLudhiana January 27Covid claimed the life of two persons during the past 24 hours while 38 fresh cases of the virus were reported from Ludhiana district. The Health Department confirmed that three persons including two from Ludhiana and one from Hoshiarpur district have died of virus. Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma said 11845 healthcare workers had got the jab in the district the highest in any district in the state. He said now the total number of patients related to Ludhiana was 25628 while 3893 patients belong to other districts/states. The total number of persons who had lost their lives included 996 from Ludhiana and 474 from other districts.

Singh also has five books with a total of over 40000 copies on “Gurmat Sangeet” published by the SGPC to his credit while his two other books were under publication. Also several of his students are teaching music and “Gurmat Sangeet” in various institutions and universities.
