- ADCP Sra gets Praman Patra | LUDHIANA NYOOOZ - NYOOOZ
Ludhiana January 27For rendering distinguished services during Covid 19 ADCP-IV Rupinder Kaur Sra has been awarded 'Praman Patra' by the Punjab Government.
Along with her routine duties she had also contributed as nodal officer for Covid-19 in the Ludhiana Police Commissionerate.
Sra also launched various awareness drives to promote use of mask to check second wave of Covid and led the drive for distribution of masks and sanitary napkins in slum areas during curfew and salso organised awareness programmes for menstrual health.
She launched a drive to arrest proclaimed offenders (POs) and it was due to her efforts that in a short span of time 18 POs were arrested by her team. - Two held with stolen vehicles | LUDHIANA NYOOOZ - NYOOOZ
Ludhiana: The police arrested two persons identified as Yusuf a resident of Issa Nagri and his accomplice Kirti Singh a resident of Ajit Nagar and recovered two stolen two-wheelers from them.
During investigation the police arrested the duo and recovered a stolen motor cycle (PB-10DH-9723) along with stolen the Activa scooter of Sunny Garg.
