Ludhiana: A 32-year-old man died after a carbon dioxide cylinder exposed at the Focal Point Phase 6 here on Tuesday afternoon. Intensive search undertaken jointly by the parents of the deceased and the police proved futile till 10.30 am on Tuesday when the school authorities informed the police about the recovery of the body from the school biology laboratory. Parminder told the investigating team that his daughter had been under depression for a long time and had ended her life due to the same. As her family did not want action against anybody no criminal case was registered said Harnek.
