A total of 14 patients — nine from Ludhiana district and five from other states/districts — tested positive in the last 24 hours.
The total number of patients belonging to Ludhiana is 87343 while 11624 patients belong to other districts/states.
The total number of persons who lost their lives to the disease is 2095 from Ludhiana and 1047 from other districts.
As many as 8041 samples of suspected patients were sent for testing today and their results are expected shortly.
